Go Active can support and deliver Physical Activity sessions to support Weight Management programmes for young people. We can offer a range of alternative and traditional sports to help build the young people’s self-esteem and confidence. By offering a range of fun alternative sports as part of the programme we can help to build new positive attitudes towards sport and physical activity.
We work with the young people to educate them about the benefits of leading an active lifestyle and teach them how they can incorporate small changes into their lives. All of this enables them to make more permanent changes to their lifestyles and to become a healthier and fitter person, both physically and mentally.
